Precision Detailing Terms of Service

PRECISION DETAILING SERVICE TERMS


1. Precision Detailing is NOT liable for any items left in the vehicle or if the vehicle is left outside of the shop overnight.


2. Precision Detailing is NOT liable for any damage on the vehicle that was previously there, occurred once the customer has picked up the vehicle, or if the vehicle has been left outside overnight.


3. Precision Detailing cannot guarantee the removal of all contaminants, including but not limited to odors, irreversible interior stains, irreversible paint damage, deep scratches on the exterior, etc.


4. If there is an issue with services provided, the customer must contact Precision Detailing within 24 hours.


5. All fully paid sales are FINAL after service is completed.


6. A 50% deposit is required for ALL services. You will not be refunded the 50% deposit if an appointment needs to be canceled or is a "no call, no show". No exceptions.


7. Please cancel/reschedule all appointments at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment.


8. If you need to reschedule, your deposit will still apply to the new appointment, EXCEPT if the appointment was a “no call, no show”.


9. If you choose to reschedule a "no call/no show" appointment, the original deposit from the missed appointment will not be applied to the new appointment. You will have to pay a new 50% deposit for the new appointment. You will then be required to pay the remaining 50% at vehicle drop-off.


10. If a ceramic coating/paint correction needs to be RESCHEDULED, it must be rescheduled within 3 weeks of the original service date or as schedule permits.


11. Full payment for all services agreed upon, either orally or written, must be received before the vehicle is released.


12. Precision Detailing CAN withhold, detain, and issue a lien on my vehicle should you refuse to make payment for services rendered.
